These Terms govern your use of guesstheflag.app (the "site") and the browser games and related features that we make available on the site. By using the site or playing any game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Free access and no account

The games are offered for free unless the site clearly states otherwise. No registration or login is required, and we do not provide user accounts, user profiles, payments, or account-based services.

Ownership and permitted use

Except for country flags, music, and other materials identified as third-party, licensed, or public-domain content, the site's original game code, interface, branding, and written content are owned by or licensed to the site operator and are protected by applicable law.

You may play the games for personal, lawful, non-commercial use. You must not copy, modify, re-host, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute the site, games, code, or assets except where applicable law or the relevant material's license expressly permits it.

Flags, countries, and educational content

The games are provided for entertainment and geography learning. Country names, flag designs, and related classifications can change and may differ among authorities. Their inclusion or omission does not express a political position, legal recognition, or opinion about sovereignty. We do not guarantee that all educational content is complete or current.

Availability
